Call mutual acquaintances, other customers and anyone else who can tell you about your prospect. It takes away the stress of wondering how you can establish rapport. Set your own personal goals; break them up into mini-goals and celebrate when you reach them. Take time to relax and have fun. It actually fosters creative thinking.
